Fresh off my Hook....

      The Four Year Project... and a little story that goes with it...

When the Pandemic hit in 2020, everything pretty much stopped. We all were dealing with all sorts of issues. I had started this shawl just before all hell broke loose. All the craft shows  I was going to participate in were canceled, and really that was the least of the problems going on. I gently put this away to be finished when life got back to normal... and forgot about it. As I was cleaning out my sewing room (yes, I was a big sewer before crochet) I noticed my Bogg bag had something in it. And to my surprise this was what was in it! It didn't seem that long ago I had started this. I checked my project notebook and saw the year 2020. I then checked to see how much I had to go AND if I had enough yarn, because this yarn was discontinued since then. Enough yarn, mostly done and I finished this this morning...

Beautiful lavenders and creams, in the softest acrylic anti pill yarn. Wish I could buy more of this yarn because it's so pretty...
